Amy Gilstrap brings more than three decades of experience in business development, customer service, project management, real estate, marketing, sales, team leadership, and entrepreneurship to her work with Par Fortis Group.
A lifelong Arkansan, Amy understands firsthand the grit, determination, and hard work it takes to build something of value. As the daughter of a fifth-generation Arkansas builder, she grew up with a deep appreciation for the importance of creating, acquiring, and protecting the assets that families and businesses work so hard to build.
That perspective is at the heart of Amy’s approach to insurance. She believes insurance should be more than a policy—it should be a thoughtful part of protecting your home, your business, your investments, and the things that matter most to you.
Amy’s career has been built around people. Her background in real estate, sales, business development, marketing, and leadership allows her to look at her clients’ needs from multiple perspectives and help them make informed decisions about protecting what they have worked so hard to achieve.
Community is equally important to Amy. She is actively involved with women’s business and networking organizations and is passionate about connecting people, developing leaders, supporting entrepreneurs, and helping strengthen the communities she calls home.
Beyond her professional life, Amy is a proud mother, daughter, sister, friend, and community member. She believes that relationships are the foundation of good business—and that being a trusted neighbor means being there for people not only when things are going well, but when they need someone they can count on.

Chief Operations Officer + Business Development Director
Drew Bednara brings a unique combination of business acumen, leadership, education, and exceptional interpersonal skills to Par Fortis Group. With years of experience in customer service, a background in education as a history teacher, and a Master’s degree in Business, Drew understands the importance of building meaningful relationships, communicating effectively, and creating lasting connections.
As Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development, Drew plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations and continued growth of Par Fortis Group. He oversees business development, recruiting, lead generation, marketing initiatives, and operational strategy, while cultivating relationships with clients, business owners, referral partners, and professionals throughout the community.
Drew has a natural ability to connect with people and genuinely enjoys meeting new individuals, learning about their businesses, and identifying opportunities to build mutually beneficial relationships. His approachable personality, strategic mindset, and commitment to service make him an invaluable part of the Par Fortis Group team.
Outside of the office, Drew can most likely be found on the golf course, where his competitive spirit and love of the game are on full display. Whether he’s swinging a club or swinging a deal, Drew brings the same energy, determination, and enthusiasm to everything he does.
Drew is more than a member of the leadership team—he is a driving force behind the culture, relationships, and growth of Par Fortis Group.
